Notes for this activity:This is a general fitness class geared to get your blood pumping and your motivation high. The focus will be on body composition improvement and overall health and conditioning. This progressive program will include assessments and accountability. Within weeks, you'll notice a difference in your strength, your energy and your overall fitness level. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-7:55pm and Saturday mornings from 9-9:55am. Register to attend once, twice, or three times per week. Instructors: Aziza Gill, ACE and/or Jen Gregory, ACE.

Bring a water bottle and towel. Dress to workout! Register one week in advance so we can have an accurate roster count upon the first class.
